    Description Donnie Russell is 4th Generation Pic-A-Lilli. He worked most of his life in the kitchen with his dad, Pickett Russell at the Original Pic-A-Lilli, located on Route 206 in Shamong. He and his father started the famous wings in 1982. This is our second time around here in Medford. Previously we were located on Jackson Road, doing business as Pic-A-Lill Wings &Things. We are back now and are happy to serve all the wonderful “Buffalo” products and many new items! Thank You Don &Barb Russell
